We take care of the registration procedures in the Tourism Registry of the competent Autonomous Community, doing the relevant studies on your home, confirming that they meet the requirements required by those authorities.
We collect the necessary documents and carry out the entire operation so that the registration is fully certified.

Once registered, we take personalized care of all the operations related to rental, including booking management and publishing on the most important platforms, as well as on our own page.
If you have an open profile on any of these platforms, you are still the owners of them, with access at all times to see the entire operation, reservations and communication with guests.
Management of tourist apartments
We take care of managing your property once it is rented. Check-in/Check-out, guest reception, key handover, and explanation of the specific use of each apartment, as well as recommendations for visiting the city.
Our calendar control service ensures efficient management of available dates for your property. We take care of keeping your booking calendar updated, avoiding conflicts, and ensuring that you make the most of your space without worries.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Maintaining the residence in perfect cleanliness is a key aspect of our philosophy. We strive to ensure that our clients consistently find the apartment up to the standards of the most demanding requests.
We carry out the integral cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels at the end of each stay, as well as replacement of amenities.
Upon request we offer the daily cleaning of the apartment for longer stays, for an amount of 30€/day.
It will be of paramount importance in prioritise the maintenance of the houses as we believe that the image of the apartments is key to obtain the results we want.
